Shipping policy

I aim to dispatch all orders between 1 and 3 working days. 

UK Customers

UK orders over £20 will receive free shipping! This will be calculated automatically if you add £20+ worth of items to your cart. For orders below this price a shipping fee will be quoted and added to your order at the checkout. This is based on the value of your order.

You will receive a dispatch notification via email once your order has been shipped. We'll do our very best to meet all estimated delivery dates, however, this item is sent using Royal Mail which is not a guaranteed service. Therefore due to unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, strikes or during busy times, deliveries may occasionally take a little longer. If you have not received your delivery within 10 working days, please contact us so that we can look into this as quickly as possible for you.

International Customers

International orders are posted using Royal Mail International Standard. Please allow up to 12 working days for these items to arrive. 

Please note that for customers outside of the UK, ​import taxes, duties, or VAT may apply to your order. Customers are responsible for all international duties upon arrival.
