Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

In the unlikely event that you need to exchange or return your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and dispatch returns back to us within 30 days of delivery.

To start a return, you can contact us at ellierosepaints@gmail.com for full details and the return address. 

Please return the order in its original packaging. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs, I advise returning items via a tracked method as lost returns cannot be refunded. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

We don't accept cancellations, but please contact ellierosepaints@gmail.com if you have any problems with your order.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded (minus delivery costs) to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at ellierosepaints@gmail.com.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right. If the item has arrived damaged, please contact us immediately via email and also provide photographs of the damaged item so we can resolve the issue and send a replacement.
